All deliveries will be sent with DHL on a next working day tracked service.
Orders placed before 12pm Monday-Thursday and before 09.30am Friday, will be delivered the next working day.
Orders placed over a Bank Holiday will be shipped on the next working day.

Returns Policy
How do I return?
- If you wish you return a product, please email info@danishdesign.co.uk with the reason for the return and order number. The customer will then be provided with the correct returns address.
- Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Please see returns note within your package.
- If items are received faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
- To be eligible for a refund, any product must be unused and in the original packaging with labels attached for us to refund the full purchase price of the product.
Are there any charges to return?
- Unless the item is damaged or faulty, any returns cost is payable by the buyer. Please return items via recorded or special delivery courier services, as we cannot be responsible for any loss of parcels during the returns process.
When will I receive a refund?
- Once the item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email that the item has been received and whether it has been accepted or rejected. If accepted, a refund will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.
